My project management and payment processes are straightforward. I’ll guide you through each step, from the initial consultation to the final payment, ensuring transparency and clarity.

First, we will sign a cooperation agreement, a crucial step that ensures both parties are clear on the project scope and expectations. I will start the design work if all the steps needed are completed and you have paid the 50% advance invoice*.

*A 50% deposit is usually required to reserve a place in our studio calendar, and the remaining 50% is paid within the agreed-upon period before the final artwork is published.

*There is an option to pay in 3 instalments: 50% at the time of booking, 25% at the start of the project and 25% before the website is launched.

As a standard practice, all customers are automatically enrolled in the 50:50 payment plan, ensuring fairness unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.

Once we officially kick things off, I’ll send you a questionnaire and brief for you to complete and submit before the project start date.

To ensure that we can get the most out of our experience together, the following materials must be ready by our agreed-upon start date: purchase a domain, your logo files, copywriting for all the pages, testimonials, images, videos, freebies (if applicable), any external links to be used on the website, company info for legal pages such as Terms and Conditions, and Policy Page.

Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project later or a restart fee.

The presented prices do not include ongoing website maintenance and updates after the project ends (which can be ordered separately). Additional services such as hosting fees, domain registration, and third-party plugin subscriptions are not included in the price. Any further changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
