What are the project management and payment processes?
My project management and payment processes are straightforward. I’ll guide you through each step, from the initial consultation to the final payment, ensuring transparency and clarity.
First, we will sign a cooperation agreement, a crucial step that ensures both parties are clear on the project scope and expectations. I will start the design work if all the steps needed are completed and you have paid the 50% advance invoice*.
*A 50% deposit is usually required to reserve a place in our studio calendar, and the remaining 50% is paid within the agreed-upon period before the final artwork is published.
*There is an option to pay in 3 instalments: 50% at the time of booking, 25% at the start of the project and 25% before the website is launched.
As a standard practice, all customers are automatically enrolled in the 50:50 payment plan, ensuring fairness unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.
What do I need to start my project?
Once we officially kick things off, I’ll send you a questionnaire and brief for you to complete and submit before the project start date.
To ensure that we can get the most out of our experience together, the following materials must be ready by our agreed-upon start date: purchase a domain, your logo files, copywriting for all the pages, testimonials, images, videos, freebies (if applicable), any external links to be used on the website, company info for legal pages such as Terms and Conditions, and Policy Page.
Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project later or a restart fee.
What's not included in the prices?
The presented prices do not include ongoing website maintenance and updates after the project ends (which can be ordered separately). Additional services such as hosting fees, domain registration, and third-party plugin subscriptions are not included in the price. Any further changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

Which website builders do you use?
I build all my client websites on WordPress, the best platform for achieving your website goals.
WordPress is the most flexible platform, whether you want to start small and expand in a year or two or go big immediately. It’s also the best platform for SEO.
While I don’t work on platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify, I’d love to work with you if you’re ready to switch to WordPress (the transition is super easy).
Do you work worldwide?
Absolutely! With the aid of online conference tools such as Zoom, it makes working with businesses anywhere in the world straight forward.
Can we meet in person?
Only if you’re in Tallinn! Most of my clients will meet with me on Zoom, but if you’d prefer a face-to-face meeting, we can schedule it for a weekday afternoon.
